The overall system can be further enhanced with automated machine vision and measurement solutions for quality assurance. Automatic laser marking of parts within the line is also a common feature in our turnkey deliveries.
The production lines we deliver are typically equipped with a centralized control system, into which any standard machines included in the line are also integrated. The line is further connected to your production management system, for example to enable automatic transfer of product data.
In addition, we can connect to machine controls remotely when required.
