Our machining operations, integrated with our assembly facilities, deliver precision machining using modern equipment. We further enhance the agility of spare parts production with 3D printing, enabling the rapid manufacture of individual, small-volume components.
For urgent requirements, we also manufacture the required parts outside standard working hours.

Subcontract Machining with Modern Equipment
We meet your subcontract machining needs with modern equipment.
Our material stock includes the most common shaft sizes in steel (Fe), aluminum (Al), and POM. We also stock standard sizes of bronze blanks. In addition, we carry aluminum alloy plates in thicknesses ranging from 6 to 50 mm.
Materials and dimensions outside our standard stock are available with short lead times through our supplier network. For toolpath programming and quotation, we use Surfcam software.
Design and Machining Under One Roof
Our in-house machining capabilities play a critical role in enabling fast delivery of machining work. We design and manufacture spare parts and special tools ourselves, which means we are not dependent on external suppliers or their schedules. We tailor grippers and special tools precisely to the needs of your production.
Our designers and machinists work closely together under one roof. This allows us to test designs in practice immediately and quickly implement modifications for re-testing. For you, this means shorter lead times and reduced downtime.
In the delivery of production lines and robotic cells, both schedule and delivery risks are minimized when the entire process from design to manufacturing is fully under our control.
