custom-built cnc machines for wood processing
CNC machining enables fast, high-quality processing of door and window components. Grooving, hinge boring, and joinery operations for various connection methods are all handled within a single, integrated solution.
CNC Solutions Engineered for Your Application
Our customers are primarily door, window, and furniture manufacturers within the wood processing industry. Our machines are typically infeed-through production lines, but components can also be processed manually when required.
Positioning of motion axes and grippers is most often implemented using linear servo technology. CNC-controlled axes typically range from 3 to 35, allowing the machine to be precisely engineered for your specific application.
In linear motor systems, motion is generated without mechanical contact. This eliminates mechanical backlash and enables a design where multiple processing stations can be arranged in parallel without complex ball screw or rack-and-pinion systems.
The result is high-speed performance, with travel speeds of up to approximately 8 m/s, and positioning accuracy in the range of a few hundredths of a millimeter, depending on the control system.

Spindles and Control Systems
We use HSD spindles and act as their local supplier. Each spindle is selected according to the specific application, with a typical power range of 5–20 kW and speeds of 12,000–24,000 rpm. Detailed technical specifications and product information are available on the manufacturer’s website.
We use Beckhoff CNC control systems. These are robust and versatile control solutions based on standard G-code programming. The system can be seamlessly integrated into your existing production control or design systems. With CAM software, toolpaths can be generated directly from design data, accelerating programming and reducing the risk of errors.
Robust Design for Consistent Quality
Our CNC machines feature a heavy, welded steel frame, with a total weight typically ranging from 2 to 12 tonnes depending on the machine. Machining of the frame and key components is primarily carried out in-house.
Prior to machining, welded structures are stress-relieved to eliminate residual stresses. This ensures that the machine frame maintains its geometric accuracy under load and remains dimensionally stable during operation, preserving long-term machining accuracy throughout its service life.
